If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with getting a better life. The book gives a lot of directions on what you can do to feel better about yourself and your surroundings, such as in the subjects of children and marriage. In addition the book gives a good introduction to what Scientology is.
