There are many ways people can get in contact with Scientology. Some will buy one of L. Ron Hubbard's books, others see advertisements in magazines or on walls - others hear about the wins that their friends have gotten from doing Scientology. Sooner or later this will get them started on a course.

     Many years ago, I, Bodil Astrupgaard got interested through my husband who had a customer, who in his business used an Organizing Board (developed by L. Ron Hubbard to organize activities and groups), and the talk about this board became our entrance point to Scientology, as the customer also started telling us about all the various fields where L. Ron Hubard had developed technologies to the betterment of this world.

     After an introductory lecture in a Scientology Center, my husband and I started immediately on a communication course.

      Personally, I can say that to really KNOW what a communication is, from the moment you get an idea of sending it with attention, intention and interest to another person, so that he will be able to receive it without any misunderstandings, has been a great win to me, but it is also a knowingness which still can be "polished" in everyday life.

     To better this it is also needed to get an understanding of 1) what is meant with PRESENT TIME and how to BE in present time instead of being stuck in the past and 2) where human beings (incl. myself) are located permanently or momentarily emotionally (also a scale of emotional scale developed by L. Ron Hubbard) and what one can do about ones own and other's emotional tone.

     To obtain more knowingness I have from time to time attended several courses and lately I have started an education in a Scientology Academy in order to become an auditor (a person who listens - for more information on what an auditor is please look in the web site scientology.org).

     I have gotten a lot of auditing myself and this has freed me of so many inconveniences in life, which I thought - earlier - I would have "to live with".
