If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of thought.
This book really helped me with my understanding of conceptions as “understanding", “responsibility” and “communication", which has become much bigger.
What does it take to really understand a subject or another person? What does it mean to have responsibility for somebody or something, and why is it that we often try to avoid it? How do I actually talk to other people, and how can I improve communication, and thereby avoid conflicts? All this I have gained a much higher understanding of, and I use it automatically now - every day. I can also recommend another book: Introduction to Scientology Ethics. Here is why: Concepts such as "Ethics" , "Morals" and "good conduct" are pretty much mixed up in our society. This book has given me a clear understanding of the difference between words and what they mean. As a result I am "behaving better" towards other people, and I am also better at saying no to people, who are behaving badly towrds me or others.
